The Beginning
Founded as Yingtan Water Meter Factory, started in Jiangxi Province, China, laying the foundation for a legacy in water measurement.

Official Recognition
Passed national quality inspections, obtained the Industrial Product Production License, and registered the Sanchuan trademark.
